1. Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone using the GradeSprint mobile app, developed by Lakesoft Technologies Limited ("Lakesoft Solutions", RC 9454230, "we"/"us"). If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use GradeSprint — there's no guest mode. Sign-in uses a username and password; email is optional.
- You're responsible for keeping your password — and, if you set one, your account recovery PIN or security question answer — secure, and for activity on your account.
- Every account needs at least one way to recover access if a password is forgotten: an email address, or a recovery PIN / security question. Give us accurate information for whichever you choose. If your email changes, update it in the app so you can still receive account-related messages.
3. Plans and payment
- Starter (Free) gives you a limited sample of practice questions at no cost.
- Success (Standard) and Excellence AI (Premium) are paid one-time unlocks (not recurring subscriptions) purchased through Google Play.
- Payments are processed by Google Play, not by us directly — Google's own terms and refund policies apply to the transaction itself.
- We verify every purchase directly with Google Play's servers before unlocking paid content, to protect against fraudulent purchase claims.
- Refunds are handled through Google Play according to Google's standard refund policy. Contact us if Google directs you back to us for a purchase issue specific to GradeSprint.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account with people it wasn't created for, or attempt to access another student's account.
- Attempt to bypass payment verification or unlock paid content without paying.
- Copy, redistribute, or resell GradeSprint's questions, explanations, or other content.
- Interfere with the app's operation, including attempting to access our servers or other students' data without authorization.
5. Content accuracy
We work to keep practice questions and explanations accurate, and every imported question goes through a review step before publication. Past exam questions, however, may occasionally contain errors inherited from the original source material, and exam syllabuses can change over time. GradeSprint is a study aid, not a guarantee of exam performance or results.
6. Our content
GradeSprint's questions, explanations, branding, and app design belong to Lakesoft Technologies Limited or our content licensors. You may use them for your own personal exam preparation; you may not redistribute, republish, or use them commercially without our permission.
7. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms — for example, sharing accounts, attempting to defraud the payment system, or abusive behavior toward other users or our team. Where reasonably possible, we'll tell you why. If you paid for Standard or Premium access and we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to misuse on your part, we'll work with you on a fair resolution.
8. Changes to the app or these terms
We may update GradeSprint's features and these terms over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use GradeSprint after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Disclaimer
GradeSprint is provided "as is." We work to keep the app reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that using it will result in any particular exam outcome.
